Our SQLite database storing all the project info grew really huge. Along with that, we discovered that projects that were deleted weren't actually deleted; the files remained, filling 512MB disk space of a Glitch project with more than 200 project files. All projects were wiped from the database and manually removed from the container, and the database was switched to MongoDB.
